A Little About Me
David has been the Director of Music and Fine Arts Ministries at Central Presbyterian Church since August of 2001. He conducts three handbell choirs, (Youth, Intermediate Adult, and Advanced Adult) and the Chancel Choir, and oversees the graded choir program. He developed and is responsible for the Liturgical/Visual Arts Ministries at Central, and curates rotating art exhibits from all over the United States. He is a frequent presenter on Worship and the Arts throughout the state and the southeast.

Along with the pastoral staff at Central, David participates in weekly worship planning and has led seminars in Collaborative Worship Planning at local and national conferences. David has been conference director and on faculty for many PAM (Presbyterian Association of Musicians) Worship & Music Conferences in Texas, New Mexico, and Montreat, NC and has conducted/taught at local, area, and national handbell seminars and festivals. David served on the National Board of Directors of Handbell Musicians of America from 2003-2008. David is the President-Elect of PAM (Presbyterian Association of Musicians).
David is graduate of Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ and will complete the Master of Arts in Practical Theology (Worship Concentration) MAPT degree from Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, GA, in May 2017.
